This will be our 5th year running our event (a few years missed in between due to Covid and ramp construction).

The highlight of the event is being able to honour the memory and legacy of our club’s founder and mentor Mr George Pomana. We have decided to alter the way in which we run our regatta this year – moving towards hosting a 3-event series regatta for solely W1/OC1/OC2 - this encompasses what this regatta was created for in memory of George who dedicated much of his life to helping rangatahi all over Tamaki Makaurau excel in both Waka Ama and Kapa Haka.

**ALL participants will receive points for each event they participate in. Winners of each division will be decided by accumulation of total points across all 3 events**
