Aratika is trialling new Race entry forms, as a result of the learning's from Race 1.

Clubs have the option of completing the attached Race Entry form, 1 page per W6 team (use copy & paste function to create many pages in the one file) and e-mail the file through. Or complete just the Summary Form.

It would assist the race organisers if the entry form was used. Please note only one person per Club to submit entries. Also note W1 and W2 entries to be recorded alongside the W6 paddlers name (this constitutes a race entry).

Where paddlers are doing W1 or W2 only, these can be combined on a single form. Just enter the paddlers name and tick the associated events.

The completed multi-page file can be sent in one e-mail to [email protected]

Please Note : All entry forms must be printed, signed and handed in, along with race entry fees on race day by ONE Club official. Late entries (post 5pm on Fri 8th June) will incur the late entry fee.

It is important that all race information (including panui) is read and understood before Race Day. Host Clubs are too busy on race day to be answering questions on information already provided.
