The Tai Tokerau w1 trials for nationals waka ama will be held at Lake Ngatu, Sat 29 Nov, 9am start.
Paddlers will race 500m once per division and be ranked accordingly. In the event of 14 paddlers per one division, there will be two heats and a final.
If there is spare quota, absent contenders will be ranked in order of email receipt of apology.
Minimum weight of waka is 16 kg. Tai Tokerau registered paddlers are expected to provide their own waka for racing.
Clubs are expected to provide judging officials.
