8km - W6 (Junior, Novice & Development)
15km - W6 (Seniors)

5km - Ramp to 2nd green outside Tamaki - back.
8km - Ramp to Cat (Catarmaran) - back.
10km - Ramp to 1st Red - back
15km - Ramp to #9, Half Moon - back

Adverse weather
5km loops - Ramp to 2nd bridge, turn. Up to Motorway, turn - ramp.
In case of adverse weather, juniors and novice will be limited to 5km W1/W2/W6
