Firstly thanks to all who supported me or contributed to NZ Paddler Pasifika, I wouldn't have as much drive without you, so thanks again.

This 2nd issue includes a Feature Story which is a Tribute to one of the Pineula Brothers - Samanai Peter Williams, who as most of us know is recovering from a Boxing injury and so I have dedicated a special article on Peter, for those who may not have got the chance to see this athlete in action. I am also taking a Pineula Team called 'Team Samanai' which is a Tribute team for Peter, some of the paddlers include cousins and team mates, get well soon Pete.

Other stories include a full report of the AROCA 10km series, News from the South Island, we profile the Waikato DragonBoats Association (W.D.B.A), plus there are more training tips from Woogie Marsh and because of the up & coming National Sprints, current Nationals Sprints Champions, Mean DNA's brothers Lance & Paul Roozendaal have helped by putting together some very good Team Sprints and Steering Tips.
