Team Withdrawals
Any team withdrawn from the nationals altogether will result in a fee to the club concerned of $100 for withdrawal from all events they have entered under that team name.

Any team withdrawn from any event will result in a fee to the club of $50 per event.

No new team entries will be accepted.

Paddler Withdrawals/Replacement
Fees are non-refundable, but can be transferred to replacement paddlers in the same division.

New paddlers may only be entered if replacing a withdrawn paddler, and will be subject to a late fee of $20. Replacement paddlers must be submitted at the time of withdrawal.

Paddlers can be withdrawn without making a replacement. Any fee paid will be forfeited and no penalty will be imposed. i.e. you cannot at a later date request a replacement for this withdrawal.
