Between Wednesday 22 & Friday 24 June 2005, some mongrel/s pinched our W1 (Sea Hawk made by Victor) from the Whakatane Wharf area where along with other paddlers we keep our waka.

In February the kiato & ama the same green with a yellow stripe was taken when we had the waka at Ohope so we decided it would be safe over in Whakatane with other paddler's waka. (Wrong call)
