We're nearly to the day of the event so just a few reminders before the regatta.

Battery powered Radios
Please remember to bring your battery powered am/fm radio so you can tune into our announcer’s.

P.F.D's (Jacket style, No belts)
Please be advised no PFD's will be supplied this year, the school must supply their own safety approved personal floatation devices.

Set up of school tents
All schools are welcome to do this on Wednesday 5th April afternoon or early Thursday morning.

- Last chance for schools to pay

Payment and School Entry forms

Please note payment has not yet been received form the following schools. If payment is not received by race day your school may be exempt from participating.

Edgecumbe College, Aquinas College, Broadwood Area School, Epsom Girls Grammar, James Cook High School, Mount Albert Grammar School, Opotiki College, Papatoetoe High School, Rotorua Lakes High School, Selwyn College, St Kentigern College, Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Ruamata, Te Kura o Rakaumanga, Wellington Girls College, Whangarei Boys High School.

If payment has been actioned or posted please accept our apologies. Thank you to those schools that have paid or kept in contact with us.

Medal Ceremony
We have two taonga to distribute this year. The first taonga will go to the top school.
The school with the most points wins this taonga, the points will be distributed as follows:

Championship final
- 3rd place 2 points
- 2nd place 3 points
- 1st place 4 points

The second taonga is a school participation award. Recipient to be decided by race committee.

Lane Draw/ Race Draw
If you have any changes your schools teams, please bring them with you to the managers meeting Wednesday 5th April at Kuirau House, Cnr Pukuatua and Kuirau Sts, Rotorua. Meeting starts at 8pm.
The only changes will be scratchings, no new entries.

Water
Please note there is no drinking water facilities on site so please bring your supplies.

Volunteers
Your school adult volunteer for the day will report to the results board at 8.30am each day.

11.00am 1st Race
