On behalf of Te Au Rere Waka Ama Club and Ruamata Waka Ama Club, we would like to thank all those that attended this series to make it another success story, yet again.

A huge thanks to those teams that travelled from as far away as Auckland, Porirua, Napier, and Gisborne. To our regional and local teams, thankyou for your on-going support too.

The trophies were happily claimed by teams from a spread of clubs with one heading off to Gisborne, being won by the Horouta Amazons - Well done ladies!

As always, without the people behind the scenes, these races don't get off the ground. We acknowledge Te Waiariki Purea Trust (Uncle Putu), Te Wananga o Aotearoa (Warner), our cooks, and our people on the shore and in the rego tent.
