Friday (Racing from 4.30pm)
Novice W1 = 5km
Open/Masters W1 and W2 = 10km

Saturday
Novice/Rangatahi W6 = 10km
Open/Masters W6 = 25km in three stages (5km 8km and 12km, handicapped starts, times of each stage are added together for placing and results.)

Men, Women and Mixed categories in each event.
