Every one that paddled enjoyed the easy-going paddling, the friendship and the chance to catch up with other W1 and W2 paddlers.

Prizes were handed out to Christine (W1 Women), Tyrin (W1 Men), La Toya (Junior Women), Steve n Jax (W2 Open). It was all topped off with some hot nibbles and a heap of paddle talk.

As always there's a heap of people to say thanks to: Laurie D, Chris, Hikairo and Jamie for keeping us safe on the water, the land crew of Sandra and Lesley on the paper work and stopwatches, along with the rest of the Te Au Rere peeps. Have to mention a special huge thanks to Mala and Ren for making it happen!

Once paddlers get back from Raro, and with the keen interest shown, we may just be back down at the Lakefront again through the Summer....Watch this Space...
