Day 1 is the for the Junior paddlers, from Midget through to J19, in W1 500, W6 1000 and W6 500m events.

We had a bit of a delayed start due to some ski boats damaging the lane ropes, but otherwise it has been all good.

Expect a very dry hot nationals if the weather remains the same through to January.
