KEY DATES

TIME TRIALS – all at Lake Pupuke (Pump House) starting at 8am

1. Sunday 12/04/09
2. Sunday 03/05/09
3. Sunday 17/05/09

Crew selection will be made after final time trial. Selection will be based on trials (1,2 &3), crew blend, attendance and attitude. Once selection has been made time trials will be continued to monitor and measure development (every 6-8 weeks).


WEEKEND TRAINING CAMPS – Fri – Sun at Haronga residence
1. 22-24 May
2. 19-21 June
3. 17-19 July

Weekend training camps will be held every month (4 weeks). Four day training camps will be proposed one week during school holidays. Tentative dates are term 3 (25/09/09) before National Trials, 2nd camp 15 Dec before Nationals and final camp before the Worlds.


TRAINING DAYS AND TIMES
Tuesday W6 5:30pm at the ramp
Sunday W6 10:30am at Orakei
Friday W1 5:30pm (optional)

NB. Trainings will increase to 4 times per week starting September
