Worlds 2010 - TPOTI Men's Satelite Camp
Your Host Hoe Aroha - 12th July 2009 is sorted, Pilot Bay at the Mt Maunganui.
Optional for Men's Worlds paddlers
Saturday 11 July all mens team will be racing WI (10km) &/or W6 (18km) Mauao Ocean race. ($15 per paddler). We will have extra W1s, W2s & W6s if needed, We are working on the W6 for racing.
Free sausage sizzle & soup for paddlers.

Sunday at at pilot bay: 7.30am Start, Finish 12.30pm.
Sit ups, Press ups, Beep test, 2km W1 course, 500m W1, 300m W1 & W6 300m tracker pull. Team bonding & techniques. Starts & changes. (Not in this order)
