The cold morning saw a good muster of paddlers turn out and racing started with the singles and doubles.

As they headed out into the ocean some wish they had decided to turn around, as they were not up to the swells, but the more experienced paddlers had a ball.

The next races were held in the Harbour due to expected higher wind after lunch.

There was lots of HOT soup and Pies to help warm up after racing.
