REGISTRATION:
* One payment per Club for all online registrations
* Entries received post online close off can make payment on day
* Individual Club registration desks will be visible inside Canoe Club

WAKA WEIGHING:
* All waka must come through the Waka Weighing station area (see map)and be stickered.
* 16kgs is for the whole canoe rigged, therefore there is no need to unrig your canoe.
* We are realistic that many older model canoes like the surfrigger will be well over the Trial Weight and they will not be weighed but will definately need to be stickered to notify Loading Bay of authenticity.
* All Tahitian waka will be weighed, please bring own weights..
* NO STICKER = NO ENTRY INTO LOADING BAY as you will be under the eagle eyes of Aunty Sara, Aunty Liz and Policewoman Kiki.
* A reminder like last year there will be no sharing of waka within your division, allow for 3 heats, it is recommended that juniors should borrow waka from senior paddlers to ensure a stress free trial.

LOADING BAY:
* Lane numbers will be put on canoes.
* 2 heats on the water and 1 heat in loading bay
* Right handside departing heats (see map)
* Left handside finishing waka that WILL be reused for other trialists.
* If the waka you are racing in is no longer required please EXIT the ramp in front of the canoe club by the finishline (see map)

RACE START:
* All paddlers will line up in sequential order lowest number to highest number.
* Lane 1 is closest to the shore (left handside looking down course).
* Course direction - Firestation start & Canoe Club finish as previous years.
* Starters will be on a boat at startline
* A best fit line of waka will determine a race start
* Red / Green Flag GO (loud hailer used as well)

TRIAL FORMAT:
* Golden Master men & woman, juniors (Int - J19)and all woman are in the early morning followed by the men.
* Just a reminder of time frame last year all trials were completed before 12pm. So men look at being there to weigh your waka at 9am. A race program will be sent out on friday and put on website.
* Any further enquiries can be made to Sugar: [email protected] or 0275 363695
