At this stage it looks like we will be heading down the coast. We have been having westerly winds all week and the weekend looks like it will be no different. So be prepared for a hard and fast start around the base of Mount Maunganui and then a nice tail wind as you head towards the Maketu headlands. There is great viewing for all your support crew so bring them along.

Make sure you check all your safety gear before you come. Pack your sun screen and a heap of fluid.
