A great day had by all with reigning B2B Princess Kukis Storme Pare followed closely by team mate Koha Vitolio, with Waitakeres Sally Motu keeping both girls honest.
A close finish by Kukis Renee Mitchell and Aratikas Caesar Fuemona as with the W2 partnership of Eva and Mascha against Taniwha's Andrea Howell.
A great paddle by Newbies TJ and Moanaroa from the Kukis Club who begin this Series in a W2 but I'm sure we'll see them racing solo by the end of the Series.
Liz Hart had a literally shaky start deciding to do some underwater circumnavigation but managed to continue the race much to the delight of the crowd.
