As you know it is a long weekend. As usual we have the iron 30km race but now we also have the fun 20km relay race on the sunday as well. Come and enjoy the long weekend in beautiful mount maunganui and have some great paddling with people like you, who just love paddling on the ocean.

Last years winners names have been Engraved onto the Big dog Cup. Can Tonga, Bernie, Tim, Dene and Mike back up last years wins with another one this year.
