Notice of Special General Meeting For Nga Kaihoe O Aotearoa (Waka Ama New Zealand) Inc.
There will be a special General meeting (SGM) as called by the Board of Nga Kaihoe O Aotearoa (Waka Ama New Zealand) Inc.
The Special General Meeting will be held on:
Friday 18th January 2013

Please find attached Special General Meeting notice.
The Special general meeting is to amend the constitution of Nga Kaihoe O Aotearoa (Waka Ama NZ)Inc. So that our Annual General Meeting can be held each year in January at our National Sprint Championships.
This change will allow more of our member clubs to be represented at the AGM and will reduce unnecessary travel costs for clubs to attend the meeting.
In order to make this change we must change our financial year so that it commences on 1 October and concludes on 30th September.
