Tauranga Harbour Challenge
It’s set to be a big race! Register your teams now for the Tauranga Harbour Challenge to be held on Saturday 23rd March 2013. The Race will be held at the Tauranga Yacht and Power Boat Club and will have you paddle around one of New Zealand’s busiest and biggest PORT’s and Harbour.
This year we have added a novice division to the race, with SUP, Surf Ski and Outrigger continuing to paddle it out to see who can claim placing’s and medals. - SUP 3km, Surfski, Juniors, Novice, W1, W2 15km & W6 25km
Looking for a momento - purchase one of our Tauranga Harbour Challenge T-shirt’s and Yes… our delicious hangi meal is back on this year’s menu.
For anyone wanting to watch live on water race action, make sure you register your interest on our Spectator boat the LUV Boat. Are you staying in town? Trinity Wharf can fill your accommodation needs. Looking for somewhere to go after prize giving – Magic Eye Band will be in town… or simply somewhere to rest - stop into Fernland’s Spa for a hot soak. Magical!
