72 Rangatahi aged between 5 and 13 from 7 clubs took part in the session that taught them how to flip and right the Waka as well as learning how to swim and survive wearing life jackets.
The day was a great success and we look forward to the next Waka Ama Flip and Float Water Safety Pool Session in Kaitaia on Saturday 2nd November.
