Important LDN Update

The Event organising committee have confirmed the course maps (updated course maps to follow) for the Long Distance Nationals.

All J16 and J19 race courses are not deemed to be in open water and therefore the following age restrictions apply.

J19 minimum age 14 (in year of competition)

J16 minimum age 11 (in year of competition)

This also applies to the alternate courses, in the event of inclement weather

The online entry system has been updated to accept these ages.

A reminder that all paddlers must be confident and capable of completing the race course
