ADMIN DESK

📍 Located in the Don Rowlands Centre onsite (big building you can’t miss it)

Opening Hours

Today Saturday 15th - 2pm to 7.30pm

Rest of the week - 7.30am to approx 5pm

Things to do at the admin desk 🤔

- pick up ID cards (club coordinators only)

- Buy weekly car pass, social ticket or number holder

- Protest and queries (club coordinators only)

- Make team/paddler changes and withdrawals

- Replace misplaced ID cards

- Lost property and tamariki

- General event and race queries

Just about anything else you can think of, our lovely admin whānau will be happy to help 🙌🏽😊

A few tips and tricks for Sprint Nats parking!

❗️ Buy your week car pass online here: https://waka-ama-nz-shop.myshopify.com - online orders close Saturday evening.

❗️ Please note if your car pass is purchased online it must be picked up from the Admin desk located inside Don Rowlands Centre at Karāpiro

❗️From Saturday 2pm you can buy a car pass onsite at the admin desk

❗️Parking is via Gate 3 (including accessible parking and drop off)

❗️Parking is FREE on Sunday 15th

❗️ Please be mindful the parking will be busy and there will be queues - time your trip to the lake a bit later if your not racing first thing

❗️ Parking attendees will accept cash and eftpos (including paywave) on the gate - parking is $5 per vehicle
