Description

He mihi maioha ki a koutou katoa. Nau mai, haere mai ki te tautoko te kaupapa o te rā nei, kia whakanui tā tātou rangatira a George Pomana me tōna aroha mō waka ama. It is through the initiative of FAI VA’A that we are inspired to host this event to celebrate our rangatira. To acknowledge George’s passion for waka ama, his love for his community and its rangatahi. It is from this; our club was formed. Years on, we continue to honor his legacy and pursue the mahi that George for so many years!

There will be plenty of spot prizes up for grabs, along with delicious kai plates for sale (more info to come). For more information about race day, see attached pānui.
