Nga Kaihoe o Aotearoa invites clubs to register their crews intent to participate in the 2004 Hilo World Sprints for the W6 and W12 events.

A limit has been set on entries per country:

• W6 - Six [6] Entries (per division)
• W12 - Three [3] Entries (per division)

Entry Fee: $50 USD Per Person

Intent to Participate must be received by 15 November 2003 along with a deposit of $20 NZD.

Due to entries being restricted (more places may become available after February 2004), a process to manage team entries over the quota will be developed. Any crews who do not make the quota will have their deposit refunded in full.

Travel will be arranged by NKOA. Only travel arrangements are required by NKOA, however, quotes will include a travel only package as well as travel and accommodation. Details will be finalised and posted on the NKOA website by the end of November.

The following timeframes have been set by NKOA for entry into the event:

15/11/2003	-Intent to Participate deadline to NKOA with $20NZD pp deposit.
23/11/2003	-Quotes on travel and accommodation finalised - Process for managing teams over quota finalised
01/02/2004	- Deposit for travel due $ 150NZD - Deposit for accommodation due $ 50NZD - Commitment fee due $ 50NZD
31/03/2004	-Balance of entry fee due $ 80NZD
01/07/2004	-Balance of Travel/accommodation due
