Waka Ama based water safety sessions - FREE for all NKOA affiliated members.

These Waka Ama Water Safety sessions will include:

• Basic Waka Ama Skills and Waka Ama capsize drill
  
• Maritime rules
  
• Life jackets and other Safety Equipment
  
• Swim and survive techniques
  

Registrations are done through the Waka Ama NZ online entry system.

See your club rep to add you to the Flip and Float Tairawhiti as per entries for Nationals, LDN etc.

Please note there are two events:

• Gisborne Flip and Float - Monday 21st December at Illminister School Pool 

10 - 3pm 

• Tolaga Bay Flip and Float - Tuesday 22nd December at Tolaga Bay Area School

9 - 12pm

Please ensure you enter participants into the correct event.

Spaces are limited, get your registrations in early. There will be no registrations on the day!

Once registrations close, clubs will be allocated time slots
