Kaihoe Whaikaha - Have a Go Day
Waka Ama NZ in collaboration with Taranaki Outrigger Canoe Club and Parafed Taranaki will be hosting a Waka Ama Have a Go Day for all tāngata whaikaha (people with disabilities).
This is an awesome opportunity to try out the sport of waka ama!
- Aqua shoes, jandals, or old sneakers to protect your feet across the sand.
- Rash-shirt and shorts/boardies/leggings, you don't mind getting wet.
- Change of clothes
- Sun hat, sunscreen, sweatshirt (if cold), and your drink bottle
- Cost: FREE!
