PaddlePro Fitness Sessions

Waka Ama, Surf Ski, SUP and Kayak paddlers are regular attendees at the Paddle Pro Fitness Sessions which are currently running weekly from the Red Line Combat Academy (North Shore). A first in New Zealand, Paddle Pro is currently running 4 sessions a week, and in addition doing customized weekend sessions on request.
