Te Rau Oranga o Ngāti Kahungunu Waka Ama have 3 capable J19M available for a mixed or men's team for the upcoming long distance nationals. One is a competent ocean steerer. 24 Exciting finals today rounded off a fabulous week at Tikitapu. Day 4 results available on line now! Big mihi to all the Volunteers, Coaches, Managers, Teachers and paddlers for helping to make this week successful. Safe travels home and we look forward to seeing you all in 2022.

Yesterday, past Horouta Waka Hoe club president and paddling stalwart, Willie Kaa, passed away after a short battle with cancer. Willie was a staunch and dedicated clubman, following and supporting his daughter Hinerangi when she started paddling in 2005.
