Celebrate Matariki !
If you haven't yet made plans for next weekend, there's still time to join your local waka ama whanau for a paddle. Four events across the motu: * Auckland - Friday 28th June - Matariki Hiwa i te Rangi Challenge, hosted by Ocean Blue Sports. * Hawkes Bay - Sat 29th June - Heretaunga Matariki, hosted by Heretaunga Ararau O Ngati Kahungunu Waka Ama Roopu. * Wellington - Sat 29th June - Ngā Mata o Te Ariki Tāwhirimātea Hoe, hosted by Tai Tonga 41 Outrigger Canoe Club. * Auckland - Sun 30th June - Manukau Taitamariki/Intermediate Series: Race 3, hosted by the Manukau Outrigger Canoe Club.
