Waka Ama Strengthen and Adapt Consulation - What we heard!
Thank you to those clubs, paddlers, regions and whānau that took part in our recent Strengthen and Adapt Consultation. A huge mihi to Tracey Diack for facilitating this process m mid-January to mid-February 2022. The purpose of the consultation was for us to listen to our waka ama whānau and to understand the opportunities for, and barriers to, growth in a meaningful and sustainable way, with a focus on potential transformational changes to achieve the future we want. The attached information provides a brief summary of the consultation findings.

World Elite Team Selections
On behalf of our Elite Coaching and Management Teams we are pleased to announce the following team selections for the Elite Women, Jnr 19 Women and Elite Men Please note: J19 Mens and Para Mixed teams are still to be announced. Sending a huge mihi to those who have taken part in the trial process and putting in the mahi despite a few COVID curveballs. Thank you to the whānau and clubs who have supported our paddlers and coaching teams - Tēnei te mihi maioha ki a koutou katoa. Now we work, World Sprints here we come 💪🏽

Tamaki Team Pure J19 Women's crew are in need of SIX J19 Women's paddlers who would like to race in our V12 Crew for IVF Worlds in London August 2022.
